Personal Touch Home Care of Virginia started offering hospice services in 1998 and it has developed into a comprehensive program with a talented team of professionals who want to provide the best care for you and your loved ones.

Our nurses are available at any time, day or night. They can help you manage issues over the phone or send someone out to the home. Our goal is to give you peace of mind knowing there is help only a phone call away.

We’ve got you covered:

All prescriptions, medical equipment, and medical supplies related to the hospice diagnosis are completely covered.

Support:

The most meaningful experience that comes from receiving hospice care is the support we provide. We have a large interdisciplinary team that will provide emotional and spiritual support, education, and connect you with community resources to make sure every last need is met.

 

Pain Management:

Our nurses work under the close supervision of our medical director who can help guide patients and their families on how to best manage end of life discomforts.
